Food in a new era

September 07 to 25, 2020.

Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship Workshops are regularly held in the context of the international cooperation of MCUT (Taiwan), Roosevelt University (Chicago) and ITECH (Hamburg). In this year it is the first time that we are conducting the workshop virtually. Additionally, we are very pleased to have our neighboring school “Anlagen- und Konstruktionstechnik am Inselpark (BS13)” on board and thereby enhance our partnership.

All participants come together in international and interdisciplinary teams in order to develop ideas and solutions. By creating sustainable concepts and producing prototypes the participants prove themselves in a field of tension between design thinking, agile project management and intercultural challenges. The workshop will be complemented by lectures by professors from Roosevelt University and MCUT as well as business experts. Our teaching staff is going to address technical, economic and design aspects.
