Our Vision

Our journey started with a simple but important problem: “What can you eat if you can’t cook?” We’re food enthusiasts ourselves, but cooking is not easy. So, we came up with the idea to create a platform where people who know how to cook can share their knowledge with others.

Learn new recipes

If you don’t know how to cook or you are looking for new inspirations, just watch one of the numerous cooking live streams on cook2gether and import your favorite recipes to your personal cookbook.

Make new friends

Share your passion for food with others in our great community of food lovers. You will get to know new people, make new friends, and maybe even found love. You know the German saying: “Liebe geht durch den Magen.”

And cook together!

cook2gether is the social cooking platform for food enthusiasts. Cooking is your hobby? Great! You can share your cooking skills with our community and earn money with your live streams.

The Team Behind cook2gether

After we narrowed down our problem, we started brain writing to come up with the best solution. Our teamwork was amazing and we had many good ideas. We wanted to show people how to cook and at the same time provide a social experience. And we also wanted to offer content creators a way to make money.

We worked in sprints using the Scrum method. We first focused on building a mock-up app in Figma and we developed a business model. We also planned how we can technically realize the app and started working on implementing the first functions in the backend.
